One of the teams which was responsible for the online store order processing was without a product owner. I supported the team until they found a permanent replacement.

• Cleaned up the backlog and documentation to prepare for the new product manager.
• Worked with stakeholders and customers to get their needs reflected on the backlog.
• Took care of writing product briefs, presenting results, quarterly plans etc.
• Supported the technical rewrite (Domain Driven Design) of the solution which the team was working on.

Logichainge had just started. They had a few prototypes for their ideas and got in touch with their first potential customers. I helped Logichainge with integrating the results. So that once a client was willing to move forward, they could quickly get live with the solution.

Sendcloud was rapidly growing. The engineering team was over 100 people.

I was hired because of my long history with the company. I helped new engineers becoming productive in the new environment and took care of more complex problems.

• Worked for the Expansion Team. The team responsible for the core shipment processing.
• Actively supported new initiatives like the development of the next API version.
• Rewrote the shipment tracking solution (polling based) into a microservice capable of tracking millions of parcels per day.
• Introduced Datadog tracing across the entire application.

• Improved shipment delivery success and client onboarding by improving label print quality.
